After completing a perfect 26-0 season and bringing home the 2008 WIAA State Hockey Championship, the Eau Claire Memorial boys hockey team visits with TV-13 Sports Director Bob Gallaher on SportsScene Sunday 1-on-1. The Old Abes won the school and city's first-ever state title on Saturday, beating Madison Edgewood 3-1. Head Coach Mike Schwengler, along with seniors' Jefferson Dahl and David Donnellan talk about Eau Claire Memorial's hockey title. Eau Claire Memorial will hold a pep rally open to the public on Monday afternoon at 3 pm in the gym. TV-13 will have coverage of that celebration on News Center 13 at 5 and 6 pm.
