For the second straight year, the Eleva-Strum Boys Basketball Team will compete for the Division Four State Title after the Cardinals Knocked off Defending Champion Randolph in the Semifinal Round Friday Morning 61-45.

Revenge was sweet for the Cardinals, who lost to the Rockets in last year's D-4 Championship Game. Senior Lance Rongstad scored 29 points and pulled down nine boards in the win... Fellow Senior Jordan Petersen added 13 points for the Cards.

The win improved Eleva-Strum's record to a perfect 26-0. But to complete their perfect season, they need to deal with another team seeking revenge... the Suring Eagles.

Suring beat Luck 57-45 in the other D-4 State Semifinal... Also improving to 26-0 on the season. The Eagles may have revenge on their minds at the start of Saturday's Title Game. It was, after all, Eleva-Strum that knocked off the Eagles in the 2007 State Semifinals.

Tip-off time at the Kohl Center is set for 12:05 p.m.
