The Rockford IceHogs fell to the Chicago Wolves 4-1 in Game 7 of the West Division Finals. In true Chicago fashion, the Wolves put two power play goals in the net in the first two periods and held off the Hogs for the win. Eau Claire native Jake Dowell played in all 12 playoff games for Rockford scoring one goal and recording one assist. Dowell spend most of his first full professional season with Rockford, Jake did play for the Chicago Blackhawks from late November thru January scoring two goals.
