After firing a five-under par 66, Appleton's Ryan Helminen has taken over the lead after two rounds of play at the 2008 Wisconsin State Open.

Day one leader and two-time champion Eddie Terasa is tied for second place at three under.

The tournament will conclude Wednesday afternoon at the Eau Claire Golf & Country Club, with live coverage of the final round on WEAU 13 News.
