Chi Hi Survives to Beat Superior in Overtime, Hudson Upsets Menomonie
The Chippewa Falls football team rallied late to force overtime and beat Superior Friday night at Dorais Field 28-27, while in Menomonie, the Indians lost to Hudson 26-7.

In high school football action Friday night, the Chippewa Falls Cardinals improved to 6-and-0 with a dramatic 28-27 victory over Superior in overtime as Mitch Olson hooked up with Collin Schindler for the game-winning touchdown. Meanwhile, in Menomonie, the Indians allowed Hudson to score two touchdowns in the final minute of the first half as the Raiders snapped a 25-game losing streak to Menomonie, beating the Indians at Williams Stadium 26-7. Those games highlight a busy Friday night around Western Wisconsin.
