MILWAUKEE (AP) -- The Milwaukee Brewers stayed alive in their National League Division Series by beating Philadelphia 4-1 to cut the Phillies lead to to 2-1 in the best-of-five series.

Brewers reliever Salomon Torres got out of a bases-loaded, none-out jam in the ninth. Torres induced Pedro Feliz to hit into a 5-4-3 double play that took the steam out of the Phillies rally. Torres then got Carlos Ruiz to ground out to end the game.

Dave Bush was the winning pitcher. He pitched five shutout innings before giving up a run in the sixth. Losing pitcher Jamie Moyer allowed two runs on four hits in four innings.

The Brewers jumped ahead in the first on a Prince Fielder sacrifice fly and a run-scoring single by J.J. Hardy. The Brewers took a 3-0 lead in the fifth on Ryan Braun's sacrifice fly.

Game Four will be Sunday afternoon at Miller Park.
