Eleva-Strum extended its winning streak to 18 and improved its record to 25-and-1.
The Cardinals made 14 straight free throws, 12 by Rongstad, in the fourth quarter to subdue the Eagles.
Josh Regal, the smallest player in the game at 5-foot-8, scored 20 points for Suring, which fell to 24-and-2.
