Menomonie's girls basketball player Kelsey Andrist signed a national letter of intent on Wednesday to play at Winona State next year, while at Chippewa Falls' Jordyn Hubin will play her college softball at St. Cloud State. And former Eau Claire Memorial standout and Mr. Hockey in Wisconsin, Jefferson Dahl signed his letter to play at Wisconsin.
