Brewers Drop Final Game of Road Trip 11-5 to Reds

Ryan Freel had four hits and the Cincinnati Reds scored seven times over their final two at-bats to pull out an 11-to-5 win over Milwaukee.

Freel singled to spark the Reds' five-run seventh. He scored the tying run on Brandon Phillips' R-B-I single before Alex Gonzalez walked with the bases loaded. Javier Valentin padded the lead with a two-run single later in the seventh.

Phillips finished with two hits and three R-B-I's, while Ken Griffey Junior added two hits and two ribbies.

Brewers starting pitcher Dave Bush hit a two-run double and left the game leading 5-to-4. Bush gave up eight hits in five innings.

Mike Stanton tossed two hitless innings of relief to get the win.

Brian Shouse dipped to 1-and-1.
