Friday's Western Cloverbelt contest between Osseo-Fairchild and Eau Claire Regis didn't disappoint.
In a defensive gem, the game was scoreless until the top of the eighth inning. That's when Regis' Brian Mirr ripped a two-run triple to the gap in right-center.
Chris Musser did a phenomenal job on the mound for the Ramblers. He pitched a complete-game shutout that included twelve strikeouts. Regis gets revenge on the Chieftains 3-0.
