Memorial & North Girls Soccer Teams Win Regional Finals

The Eau Claire Memorial girls soccer team blanked Chippewa Falls 4-nothing Saturday afternoon in a WIAA Division 1 soccer regional final. The Old Abes getting two goals from Michelle Kuhnen, and one each from Katie Bethke and Emily Humphreys. Meanwhile, the North girls rallied past River Falls 3-to-2 to advance to next Thursday's sectional semifinal against Memorial.
