Atlanta starter Tim Hudson dominated the Twins for seven and a-third innings and Rafael Soriano recorded the last two outs in the eighth. But the Twins hit a bunch of bouncers to scrap together a wild rally in the ninth against Braves closer Bob Wickman, who fell to 1-and-2.
This was the first time in 28 games this season Minnesota won when trailing after eight innings.
Dennys Reyes pitched the ninth for the victory. He's 1-and-1.
