Fore A Cure: John Dowell Golf Benefit Raises $31,000

The 3rd Annual Fore A Cure: John Dowell Benefit golf outing was held Saturday at Pine Meadow Golf Course in Eau Claire. An opportunity to raise money and awareness for Huntington's Disease. Tournament organizer Jeff Tollefson announced late Monday that the benefit raised $31,000, 25-thousand dollars will go to the Dowell family with the remaining 6-thousand dollars going to the HDSA Great Lakes regional office in Madison. The Dowell benefit golf outing is the single largest fundraiser in the state of Wisconsin. TV-13 thanks our viewers for their generous support.
