Former Green Bay Packers center Frank Winters in Eau Claire Thursday

Former Green Bay Packers center Frank Winters who spent 11 of his 16-year NFL career with the Pack spoke at Thursday night's Boy Scouts of the Chippewa Valley Council dinner at the Florian Gardens. Winters was part of the Packers Super Bowl team in 1996 and was elected for the Pro Bowl in the same year. Winters was also inducted into the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame in 2008.
