MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Blake Hietala's goal early in the third period brought Michigan Tech from two goals back to tie Wisconsin 3-3 Saturday.
It was the second straight tie between the Western Collegiate Hockey Association foes.
On Friday, Wisconsin scored with 3:11 left to earn a 1-1 tie.
Trailing 3-1 in the second period, the Huskies (4-7-2, 3-6-3) got within one on Steven Seigo's goal at 8:39. Hietala tied it at 3:06 of the third period and the goalies took over from there.
MTU's Kevin Genoe made 34 saves, including five in overtime. Wisconsin's Joel Rumpel made two of his 22 saves in overtime.
