Memorial boys hockey team punches ticket to Madison for 4th straight year; WIAA boys basketball regional semifinals, WIAA state wrestling coverage

The Eau Claire Memorial boys hockey team made it a four-peat Friday night, punching their ticket to state with a 5-2 victory over RMB. In WIAA boys basketball action, Elk Mound, Augusta, Fall Creek, Colfax, Rice Lake, and Durand were among the regional semifinal winners. Plus, SportScene 13's Jenn Chapman reports from Madison with Day 2 action from the state wrestling tournament.

Eau Claire North and Chippewa Falls earn share of Big Rivers Title

The Big Rivers Conference will have co-champions in girls basketball, as Eau Claire North topped Hudson 53-47 and Chippewa Falls defeated RIce Lake 55-44 to each claim a share of the conference crown. Click hear to see the highlights from both games plus scores from Thursday night.

AP Source: Magic trades Redick, 2 others to Bucks

A person familiar with the situation says the Orlando Magic have agreed to trade veteran shooting guard J.J. Redick, center Gustavo Ayon and reserve point guard Ish Smith to the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for guards Doron Lamb and Beno Udrih, as well as forward Tobias Harris.

Johnson's OT buzzer-beater lifts Nets past Bucks

Joe Johnson hit a tying 3-pointer in the closing seconds of the fourth quarter and then his buzzer-beating jumper at the end of overtime lifted the Brooklyn Nets to a 113-111 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night.

WIAA state wrestling preview

The WIAA state wrestling tournament will get underway this Thursday at the Kohl Center in Madison. Western Wisconsin will be well-represented this weekend as wrestlers compete to bring home a state title.

Iowa rolls past Minnesota 72-51

Devyn Marble and Aaron White each had 15 points as Iowa shrugged off an early 16-point deficit and rolled past Minnesota 72-51 on Sunday for its third straight win.
