The Eau Claire Memorial boys hockey team is headed back to the WIAA State Tournament after the Old Abes blanked Lakeland 5-nothing Saturday afternoon in the sectional championship game at Hobbs Ice Arena.

The Badgers (No. 14 ESPN/USA Today, No. 15 AP) have used that formula all season to make more free throws than their opponents have attempted, and Saturday's 65-56 victory over Minnesota was no different. Marcus Landry had 12 points to lead five Wisconsin players in double figures and the Badgers (21-4, 11-2 Big Ten) beat Minnsota Saturday 65-56 at the Kohl Center.
