Updated: 11/13/2010 - It was a busy day on the prep gridiron, as teams were looking to get to the state finals next week. In Division 4, Baldwin-Woodville lost 21-13 to Kewaunee. While in Division 7, Gilman punched their ticket to state with a 34-26 win over Randolph. In state swimming, it was a successful day for the Eau Claire Memorial swim team. Blugolds volleyball team cruises to NCAA first round win against Nebraska Wesleyan

Updated: 11/12/2010 - The UW-Eau Claire women's volleyball team had little trouble advancing past the first round of the NCAA Division III tournament for the third straight season, sweeping Nebraska Wesleyan 3-0 Friday night in St. Paul. Minn. The Blugolds will face the University of St. Thomas Saturday in a regional semifinal match.
