Posted: 11:14 PM - SportScene 13 for Saturday, February 6th, 2016 includes plenty of men's and women's WIAC basketball highlights, as UW-Eau Claire took on UW-Platteville, UW-Stout played UW-Oshkosh and UW-River Falls squared off against UW-Stevens Point. We also hit the mats for some college hockey at one of the longest running meets, the Don Parker Open in Eau Claire. In the prep ranks, we head to Elk Mound for a Dunn St. Croix doubleheader between the host Mounders and Colfax Vikings, as well as great non-conference girls border battle between DeLaSalle (MN) and Eau Claire Memorial. Plus, wrestling highlights from the hotly contested Big Rivers/Dunn St. Croix Challenge.

Posted: 02/05/2016 - SportScene 13 for Friday, February 5th, 2016 is jam-packed with prep boys and girls basketball action. On the boys side, Eau Claire Regis and McDonell Central squared off for a battle atop the Western Cloverbelt, Altoona hosted Cadott, Fall Creek took on Stanley-Boyd, Thorp faced Osseo-Fairchild, Eau Claire Memorial met River Falls in a BRC battle, Eau Claire Immanuel took on Dairyland foe, C-FC, and New Auburn hosted Birchwood. On the girls side, undefeated Hayward traveled to Bloomer to take on the Blackhawks, Eau Claire North faced Rice Lake, and New Auburn squared off with Birchwood. We also hear from new UW-La Crosse Head Football Coach, Mike Schmidt, Bloomer senior Ryan Ratcliff signs his letter of intent, and Eau Claire North gets ready for the State Dance Competition in La Crosse.

EXTENDED HIGHLIGHTS: Eau Claire North vs. Chippewa Falls Hockey

Posted: 02/05/2016 - It was a classic contest on the ice between Eau Claire North and Chippewa Falls. The Cardinals jumped out to 3-0 lead, only to have North score four straight goals and take the lead. Chi Hi then scored an empty net goal in the final minute to send the game to overtime.
