Local high school athlete, Ryan Heck has accepted a scholarship to play golf at Valparaiso University. The Chippewa Falls senior signed along the dotted line today, picking the Indiana school over St. Thomas, the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and St. Johns, stating that Valpo felt like home

Ryan Heck: "I'm very excited to take my game to the next level. I feel that playing a lot of competitive summer tournaments and playing in big high school tournaments that I've played in are going to allow me to be prepared for the next level. And i'm just excited to keep practicing and keeping true to my game and make it to the next level."
