On Saturday, July 19th the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association will hold their annual all-star game. This year, Eau Claire North will be represented both on the field in tight end Anthony Miloszewicz and on the sidelines with head coach Josh Fizel.
Fizel, who will coach the North squad of the game, is excited for the opportunity his former tight end has.
"I think it is a great honor for Anthony, it shows all the hard work he has put in the last few years and certainly some of the things he did this past fall, not just on the field, but some of the positivie leadership he demonstrated with our football team on a daily basis. We are excitied he gets to put on the Columbia blue and white one more time."
Miloszewicz, who will attend Winona State in the fall, is looking forward to his last chance to represent the Huskies on the gridiron.
"I am super excited to be down there and get to play with my coach one more time. It is a huge honor because a North player hasn't played in the game in 15-years, so I am super excitited to be the first down there in 15 years to play one last game. Playing football and also helping the childrens hospital of Wisconsin is a big thing to me. I am glad the North community and my family and friends could help me raise 1,600 dollars."
