Brian Butch scored 20 points and matched his career-high with 14 rebounds as tenth-ranked Wisconsin clinched the Big Ten regular-season title today. It used a strong second half to beat Northwestern 65-52 at Evanston.

Jason Bohannon added 15 points, and Marcus Landry scored eight straight during a 10-0 second-half run to help Wisconsin (pull away.

The Badgers are now 26-4 overall and 16-2 in the Big Ten. They will be the Number One seed in next week's Big Ten tournament in Indianapolis.

It was the second outright regular-season title in coach Bo Ryan's seven seasons at Wisconsin. The Badgers shared it one other time.

Kevin Coble had 17 points for Northwestern. The Wildcats are now 8-21 overall and 1-17 in the Big Ten.
