Chris brings his decade-plus of experience to WEAU 13 News as the 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Anchor and as Managing Editor.

Chris is an award-winning reporter with several accolades from the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association and the Missouri Broadcasters Association. Chris most recently served as the Fox News at 9 Anchor from 2006 to 2008. WEAU 13 produces that newscast for Fox 25/48.

He comes to WEAU 13 from Springfield, Missouri, where he spent six years as a Reporter and Weekend Anchor at the CBS and Fox affiliate.
Before living in Springfield, he was a Reporter at the NBC station in Wichita Falls, Texas, and after college, worked at WDAF, the Fox station in Kansas City, Missouri.

Chris graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in public relations from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri.

When he’s not anchoring newscasts or helping direct day-to-day operations, Chris enjoys hunting, fishing, flying airplanes as a licensed private pilot, and spending time with his wife. Chris gets to spend lots of time with her, since they now share the news desk at 10 p.m. every night. She is WEAU 13's Sarah Stokes.
