Mary works Monday through Friday as a night-side reporter for WEAU 13 News. You’ll see her just about every night on WEAU 13 News at 10.

An eastern Wisconsin native, Mary packed up and moved to Eau Claire in October 2005 to start her career at WEAU 13 News. She spent a year producing Sunrise and WEAU 13 News Today before hitting the streets as the station’s “law enforcement reporter.”

Prior to coming to WEAU 13, Mary studied broadcast and print journalism at UW-Milwaukee. She graduated in 2004 with a journalism major and a business minor. Mary also spent a semester interning at the Fox station in Milwaukee, working with the investigative team.

Mary loves helping people tell their stories, especially the ones that bring smiles, and even sometimes tears.

On the weekends, you’ll probably catch Mary outside. She loves reading, hiking, strolling through the farmer’s market, and exploring all the hidden gems throughout this side of the state.

If she’s not in Eau Claire, Mary is probably back home hanging out with her parents, eight younger brothers and sisters, and her favorite people in the entire world: her two nieces and nephew.
