Carol Huber is happy and that's no bull.

She's glad because she has her 5-foot tall, 7-foot long fiberglass bull back in her yard in Onalaska. It had been missing for a week when it was found Saturday morning at Onalaska High School.

Huber says the black Angus bull was on the football practice field, about a mile from his normal home.

A city truck returned the bull to the home. She says police haven't mentioned suspects to her.

Huber says she plans to wash and paint the bull. She also plans to make sure he's securely fastened, so stealing him won't be so easy next time.

We have to find something for these kids to do besides stealing, set off bombs, etc. There is plenty of volunteer work that could be done by these kids, so lets put them to work.
