Knowing the components inside your computer is important in case you ever want to service, upgrade, or understand comptuer. Unlike most electronic devices when computers break you can usually replace the individual components... For example if the power supply fails and the computer no longer turns on you can usually remove that component and replace it.

In future shows we’ll talk about upgrading and backing up your computer system. It’s recommended not to open your computer without contacting a service representative.
