GMC Motorhomes International Rally
Starts at 5PM on the 26th, and seminars begin at 9:00AM
Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds, Chippewa Falls WI
GMC motorhomes are "classic" motorhomes as they were only made from 1973-78. They were the first front wheel drive, aluminum body made. We get together twice a year in various locations around the United States. Members come from all over the US, Australia, and Canada. Some coaches are in the original condition as others have been restored. It's a unique opportunity for those who love "classic" cars to see these beautiful motorhomes. I'd love to arrange an on camera interview with someone, if it worked out as well as have a camera crew come to our event and talk with some of our folks.

It’s Alive! Young Frankenstein takes the stage October 2-4 at 7:30pm and October 5 at 1:30pm at the The State Theatre in downtown Eau Claire. The Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild proudly presents this electrifying adaptation of Mel Brooks’ comedy movie masterpiece complete with tap-dancing numbers, innuendo, and outrageous accents.
The story follows Dr. Frankenstein as he attempts to complete his grandfather’s masterwork and bring a corpse to life. Aided by endearing helper Igor and curvaceous lab assistant Inga, he succeeds in creating a monster – but not without hilarious complications.
Featuring a madcap group of characters and such memorable tunes as “The Transylvania Mania,” “He Vas My Boyfriend,” and “Puttin’ On the Ritz,” Young Frankenstein is scientifically-proven, monstrously fun entertainment that will leave you in stitches!
Individual tickets are $20/adults, $18/seniors, $10/students (for mature audiences).

Young Frankenstein, officially known as The New Mel Brooks Musical Young Frankenstein, is a musical with a book by Mel Brooks and Thomas Meehan and music and lyrics by Brooks. It is based on the 1974 comedy film of the same name written by Brooks and Gene Wilder and directed by Brooks, who has described it as his best film.
It is a parody of the horror film genre, especially the 1931 Universal Pictures adaptation of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein and its 1939 sequel, Son of Frankenstein.
