Chinese Eighteen Postures
A 6000 year old form of Qi Gong, originating in China and handed down from Master to pupil, consisting of a unique sequence of eighteen gentle stretching exercises that combine with slow and measured breathing techniques. It is a proven method of training the body, the breath, the mind, and the Qi to improve health and longevity. Meant as a life-long practice that takes just 20 minutes, it energizes the body while calming the mind. If you frequently have aching muscles, feel stiff, low on energy, or recognize the need for more balance due to life’s stressors, please join us. Qi Gong can change your life!
