"Wedding Bells & Voodoo Spells" is the fifth annual summer play put on by the Bohemian Hall Amateur Theatre. Childhood sweethearts Gloria Lindeman and John Crawford are to be married, and all of their closest family and friends have come together for the occasion. But when Gloria's wedding dress mysteriously disappears - and along with it, John's mysterious magician cousin - it is up to the group to find them both and save the wedding.
The play's eccentric characters, such as a kooky nun, an overly flirtatious aunt, a tipsy neighbor and a stern reverend, and song and dance number will keep you laughing from the first line until the curtain call.
“Wedding Bells and Voodoo Spells” will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, August 16, and Saturday, August 17, and at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, August 18 at the Bohemian Hall in Cadott. The Hall is located seven miles north of Cadott at the intersection of Hwy 27 and 135th Avenue.
