ECCT Auditions- "Happy Days" and "The Saga of the Prospector's Daughter"

The Eau Claire Children's Theatre, 1814 Oxford Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54703The Eau Claire Children's Theatre will hold auditions for two upcoming summer productions, HAPPY DAYS and THE SAGA OF THE PROSPECTOR’S DAUGHTER, on May 29-30, at 7:00 p.m., at ECCT, 1814 Oxford Avenue, Eau Claire.
Roles are available in the new Broadway musical HAPPY DAYS for 19 males and 14 females ages high school to adult. Those interested in a leading role should prepare a 1-minute cutting from any up tempo Broadway song or ‘50s standard. Those auditioning for a chorus role will be asked to sing a familiar song. Everyone should come dressed comfortably to dance. Six performances are scheduled July 24-28 at the State Theatre in downtown Eau Claire.
Auditions for roles in melodrama spoof THE SAGA OF THE PROSPECTOR’S DAUGHTER, or SHE WAS ONLY A MINER’S MINOR will consist of a cold reading from the script; no additional preparation is necessary. Roles are available for nine males and nine females ages high school to adult. Three performances are scheduled July 11-13 at The Oxford.
