Dance Mix

Gain strength and flexibility while learning new dance moves and having fun! Participants will explore various dance styles and techniques through this 7-week introductory course. No experience or dance equipment required!

A Day at Hogwarts

Eau Claire YMCA, 700 Graham Avenue, Eau Claire, WI
Muggles everywhere are invited to join us as we explore the wizard world of Harry Potter! Join us as we encounter magical elements such as the Sorting Hat, magic wand, and Marauder's Map and even play a round of Muggle Quidditch! You will also have the opportunity to take a slew of Hogwarts classes. All participants must be pre-registered by Wednesday, October 8th in order to attend. Parents are welcome to drop the kids off for an afternoon of fun or register themselves and join on in!

Tie Dye Night

Eau Claire YMCA, 700 Graham Avenue, Eau Claire, WI
Bring a 100% cotton piece of clothing and you'll learn how to transform it into a work of art! Each family member may bring one item with which to create their own designs. Shirts, socks, and pajama pants are great items to tie dye! All participants must be registered by Monday, October 6th.

Young Writers Program

The Eau Claire YMCA is proud to partner with National Novel Writing Month to provide the Young Writers Program, where students will choose their own word count goals and write their own novels! We will study writing techniques and strategies and end up having all written novels of our own.

Spooky Stacker Stomp

Mill Yard Park Cornell (Hwy 64 & Park Rd)
Calling all princesses, ghouls and goblins! Join the Cornell Area Betterment Association as they kick off the first annual Spooky Stacker Stomp on October 11, registration starts at 8am and walk begins at 10am, with a 100 meter kids dash at 9am. The spooky Stacker Stomp is a fun non-timed, interactive run/walk. Get on your Halloween garb, and run or walk your way through the fall foliage in beautiful Brunet Island State Park. Trick-or-Treating in the Zoo

Marshfield, WI
Take a tour through the zoo, visiting all the animal exhibits while picking up treats, goodies, and learning about animal diets. Entry is $5.00 per family, all proceeds go towards educational programming at Wildwood Zoo.

Easter Egg Drop

South Middle School
Easter Egg Drop benefitting Trinity Lutheran Food Pantry. The bunny will be flown in on a helicopter, drop eggs on the fields at South Middle school where children are gather to watch and then gather the eggs!
