2nd Annual Junior Amateur Talent Show Competition

Are you an aspiring singer, dancer, musician, or entertainer? Register for your chance to win a cash prize and move on to the WI State Fair today! This event is to create awareness of Positive Alternatives' Crisis Intervention and Prevention Hotline and Services. We will also be running raffle ticket prize drawings to raise funds to help us continue to provide these services to the families of Northwest Wisconsin.

Ren in the Glen

Enter a world of magic, wonder and adventure - Ren in the Glen medieval fantasy faire! Now in its fifth season, this little faire in a beautiful glen features music, dance, shows, shops, wandering street characters, food, and a tavern with fine local craft beers. Witness the brave knights in the Medieval Tourney, and even challenge them to combat in Fight the Knight, all overseen by the King and Queen and their Royal Court. Come in costume!

World Barefoot Waterski Championships

The top barefoot water skiers in the WORLD will descend on Western Wisconsin for the 2016 Barefoot Waterski World Championships from August 13-20. This event will include the top 50 junior skiers (ages 7-17), the top 50 senior skiers (ages 35+) and the top 50 elite skiers vying for the title of World Champion. Mark Croft Band performing August 20th in the evening. Food and Beverages on-site for sale. Come and enjoy a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Culpepper & Merriweather Circus

Culpepper & Merriweather circus brings two action-packed 90 minute shows to Colfax on July 18! Truly affordable, family friendly entertainment. The show is really enjoyable for children of all ages! Bring the toddlers, kids, teenagers AND Grandparents!

Tickets in advance are $7 for children ages 2 to 12 and for those 65 and over and $10 for adults. The day of circus, tickets are $8 for children and senior citizens and $13 for adults.

This event will feature performances by the nationally acclaimed comedy group, In Capable Hands, who has been featured on The Tonight Show, Ellen, and Live with Regis and Kelly. Duke Otherwise will also be showcased during the event and is sure to entertain with his skilled musical and tap-dancing numbers. FREE games with great prizes, juggling, magic tricks, and food will be abundant throughout the park. In addition, there will be great opportunities to engage with local nonprofits and receive FREE services that promote a good quality of life. Bring your whole family for an afternoon that is sure to be packed full of fun and excitement for everyone.
