Spooky Saturday Screenings: Monster House

The Volume One Gallery Located inside the Local Store at the Volume One World Headquarters, 205 N. Dewey St. Eau Claire, 54703
This October, the Local Store is hosting screenings of family-friendly movies every Saturday afternoon to get you in the Halloween spirit! This Saturday, check out Monster House, the story of a house that comes alive, terrifying an entire neighborhood, and the group of kids that just might have the way to stop it.

Fall Free-4-All

Trinity Christian Fellowship, Stanley, WI
The Fall Free-4-All will be offering free services such as haircuts, some basic medical checkups, as well as goods such as personal care and paper products, clothing, etc. There will be live music from Kings Countrymen, a Bluegrass Gospel group from Mondovi, and 513free, a Christian Rock band from the Eau Claire area, activities, games, and prize drawings throughout the day.

Bubble Wonders is full of amazing bubble tricks including the bubble caterpillar, vocano bubble, gigantic dancing bubble, bubbles inside bubbles, kid in a bubble, and much more! Woven into the show is the show's theme: "Anything is possible!" During the course of the show there's a running gag where Geoff and the audience try to create a square bubble! He fails time and time again and yet never gives up. Yet through persistence and learning from mistakes, Geoff discovers a way to successfully create a sqaure bubble! Chippewa Valley Farm-City Day

Farm-City Day is an educational, interactive one-day event on a working farm. This event is aimed to educate our community on where and how our food is produced, showing how agriculture has evolved and progressed over the last 50 years. Guided tours of the farm will be provided from the parking area and attendees will then be dropped off to view agriculture educational displays and demonstrations, participate in kid’s activities or visit the petting zoo. Food will be available for purchase from the local 4-H club and there will be many other special attractions at the event. Admission is free to this one-day event for the entire family.

This is a free and family friendly event hosted by the Midwest Mayhem Motorcycle Club and the Wesleyan Church here in Eau Claire, WI.
