WHEN: the 1st & 3rd Friday (Except on holidays)
TIME: 10 am to 2:30 pm. Call ahead during winter months to see if she made it out of her treacherous driveway!

WHAT: LIGHT mending on CLEAN cloth items ONLY. Light mending is a seam or a button or any slight rip. If a button or a zipper needs replacing, you bring the button or zipper.

Snowshoe Hike for Elder Explorers

Beaver Creek Reserve, Wise Nature Center, S1 Cty Rd K, Fall Creek, WI 54742
Winter is not a time for staring out the window and wishing it was spring. Come join a Beaver Creek naturalist for a snowshoe hike this winter! It's a great chance to explore the winter woods and get some exercise too! This program is targeted for our older, but active, nature lovers 55 and above. Participants should expect a moderately strenuous outing, over uneven terrain, with a 3/4 to one-mile hike. If walking is difficult for you or you have balance issues, you may want to pass on this offering. Wear your winter clothes and boots; snowshoes and instruction will be provided. If needed, snowshoe rental rates are $3 per pair.
Registration and full payment required by Jan. 5, Feb. 9 and Mar. 8.
Friends $3/session Nonmembers $5/session
