The Ellsworth Cheese Curd Festival is coming up, but what gave it the claim to fame as the "Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin"?

Ellsworth's ranch and garlic cheese curds are to die for. Really, really yummy. The best I have ever had.

Ellsworth does have the best cheese curds. They are completely right if it has the squeak then they are the best. I have had many cheese curds and if they do not have the squeak then they are not good. Keep making the best cheese curds Ellsworth.
