Monday’s high winds were too much for some old buildings and trees.

"It's about to go down. There it goes. Oh my word,” the words came as the Row family captured home video of the barn collapsing.

The Row family grabbed the video camera just in time to catch its 108 year old barn collapse.

"We were in the house and it was blowing very hard and we looked out the window and saw that the barn was starting to sway back and forth with the wind gusts and we had a feeling it was going to go down," Doug Row said.

It made it through countless storms over the years.

"I know we had a blizzard last winter and it was really blowing hard then,” Doug said.

But Monday’s high winds were the final straw.

"Today was the day I guess," Doug added.

There were some animals in the barn, luckily though all of them are alright.

"It blew in the direction it didn't harm. We had some young stock in the barn and it didn't harm any of the cattle so we're thankful that," Doug said.
