Morning Mix:
Fruit Pizza
From the kitchen of Glenda Stokes
Sugar Cookie Dough (ready-made or your own recipe)
Fill pizza pan with dough
(Bake 300 for 10-15 min.)
In a bowl, mix:
8 oz. Flavored Cream Ch.
1 C. Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Spread on Cooled Crust
Add on top:
Bananas, Strawberries,
Kiwi, Pineapple, Peaches,
Blueberries, Grapes or any fruit you like
(Sliced)
Warm and Drizzle over the top:
Marmalade or Peach Jelly
Chill fruit pizza for 2 hours if possible before serving.
