Altoona lifts watering restrictions

ALTOONA, Wis. (WEAU) - The City of Altoona is announcing it is lifting its watering restrictions Tuesday, Sept. 19.
The City says recent demand for outdoor water use has reduced, eliminating the need for restrictions.
