Chief of Chippewa Falls Police Department resigns

CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WEAU) - The Chief of Chippewa Falls Police Department, Matthew Kelm, is announcing his resignation.
Kelm, in a letter, says his anticipated end date is Feb. 16, 2024.
