(InvestigateTV) — When it comes to the natural signs of pregnancy like a missed period, most people realize they’re pregnant between four and 12 weeks after conception.

However, about one in 475 pregnancies go unnoticed until about 20 weeks gestation.

Some may not know they’re pregnant right up until they give birth.

It’s called a cryptic pregnancy and the Cleveland Clinic estimates it occurs in one out of every 2,500 pregnancies.
