Downtown shops and restaurants are teaming up for a three-day “Shop Local” Mother’s Day event.

Shoppers will find:

• Gifts and decor at local boutiques and markets
• Salon and spa offers for moms who want a little pampering
• Food and drink specials at bars, cafés and restaurants
• Handmade items and crafts from local makers

Many businesses are offering Mother’s Day–themed discounts, buy-one-get-one deals, and gift-with-purchase promotions.

2026 Summer Series Cruise In Car Shows

Location: Downtown Chippewa Falls – Bridge Street

Dates and times:

• Saturday, May 16 – 4–8 p.m.
• Saturday, June 20 – 4–8 p.m.
• Saturday, July 18 – 4–8 p.m.
• Saturday, August 8 – 2–3:30 p.m. (Pure Water Days Parade tie-in)
• Saturday, August 22 – 4–8 p.m.

The events are open to vintage, muscle, classic, rat rod and motorcycles

• Free for vehicle owners and the public
• No registration required, no year restriction
• Shows are downtown on Bridge Street – vehicles enter from Spring Street, with volunteers directing traffic
