The Carlson Chiropractic Clinic team is looking for a Chiropractic Office Manager and first face of our office!
This job requires a self-motivated, team-driven, and energetic personality! A Chiropractic Office Manager is the face and voice patients expect when they come in for their chiropractic care at our office. A background in healthcare reception is ideal, but not necessary to be considered for this position. We value integrity, compassion and laughs!
Responsibilities include a smiling face and fun personality to connect with patients, a compassionate heart for people, and helping patients get scheduled for their appointments. This job also entails explaining insurance benefits and cash plans to patients, cleaning, processing payments, keeping the flow of our fast-paced office seamless, and overseeing the day to day procedures of the office. The ideal candidate also has a growth mindset - one in which training will be provided to help grow with our company!
Requirements for this job include availability daily Monday through Thursday, an eagerness to help others, and the ability to do simple math and use Microsoft office.
This job starts at $12 per hour, but is negotiable depending on experience. There is also the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. This job is for 30-35 hours per week, with the potential for full time in the future.
A day in this job would include cleaning, answering phones, scheduling patients, insurance billing, tracking specific data, posting and processing payments, enthusiastic interaction with our patients, attending weekly meetings, marketing and overseeing the flow of the patients during the work day.
