This position is responsible for processing health, vision, Medicare and HRA claims as well as excellent customer service to our members and providers. Secondary responsibilities may include back up for the Receptionist, Loss of Time, Subrogation, Refunds and Death Benefit Claims.
We are looking for an individual with:
2-5 years of health/vision claims experience
1-2 years of customer service experience
Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS coding
Proficient in Excel and Word
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
