University Dining is seeking a skilled baker to work around the academic year in the Memorial Student Center. This position works closely with our Executive Chef. Responsibilities include moderate to large volume production of specialty catering and retail bakery items, including breads, pastries, cakes, cookies and bars. The baker is part of a team that includes student employees, full time staff, and managers.
