UW-Stout University Dining is seeking a dynamic Catering Manager to join the University Dining management team.
This position manages a vibrant fast paced catering operation and builds relationships with catering customers to organize, plan, and execute on and off campus catering events. The Catering Manager provides direct supervision of dining employees and monitors costs, while working to accomplish short- and long-term goals of the catering and dining operations. The position also assists with retail operations in the Memorial Student Center, including a café, express carts, and convenience store.
