University Dining is seeking a skilled baker to join our team.
The baker is responsible for institutional bakery operations using commercial bakery equipment and producing bakery products in moderate to large volumes. This includes, but is not limited to, rolls, pastries, cakes, cookies, bars, and pies, etc. This position instructs and directs student employees involved in bakery production while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
Schedule posted weekly.
Typical shift: Monday- Friday 3:00 am-11:30 am, during the academic year.
