November is National Diabetes Awareness Month, and Mayo Clinic Health System is offering classes to help people maintain a healthy and active life.
The "Healthy Living with Diabetes" classes will start in Menomonie January 20 from 4-6:30 p.m., in Eau Claire starting March 29 from 4-6:30 p.m. and Bloomer starting April 19 from 1-1:30 p.m.
The cost is free and the classes frun for seven weeks for adults, age 18 and older who have diabetes, prediabetes, or live with someone who has diabetes.
