Prenatal yoga helping mommy's to be - June 23rd

Pregnancy can often be a challenge on the mind and body, but there is a local opportunity to increase your strength and flexibility.
Amy Erickson, Owner & Studio Director Latitude 44 Yoga Studio joined Hello Wisconsin to talk more about the benefits of Prenatal Yoga.
Amy explained that, “This class is designed to strengthen and support your body throughout your pregnancy. Meditation, breath, and movement are used to focus on awareness and muscles that are key to a healthy pregnancy and labor. Connect with your body's innate wisdom and other moms-to-be in the area! This class is not heated. Who it's for: Pregnant women in all stages of their pregnancy and with all levels of yoga experience!”
