WAGNER TAILS: Boone and Reese

DUNN & BARRON COUNTIES, Wis. (WEAU) -- Do you love the sound of a hound baying?

Then Boone could be the guy for you!

Boone is at the Dunn County Humane Society waiting for his home.

He's a smart guy who knows how to sit and shake, and would love to learn more.

He does have some separation anxiety, so a home where someone is around regularly is preferred.

The Dunn County Humane Society says Boone's perfect home would be with adults and older teens, and perhaps another dog.

Reese is a very special cat!

She came to the Humane Society of Barron County as a stray severely under weight.

A local veterinarian discovered she had a uterine torsion, which means the uterus twists on itself, cutting off blood flow. It's uncommon -- especially in cats.

But good news... you wouldn't know this gal was near death at one point! She got the medical treatment she needed and is doing well at the Humane Society of Barron County.

Reese is a sweet and loving cat looking for her new home.
