CORNELL, Wis. (WEAU) -- This coming Saturday will be the Chippewa Valley's first attempt at breaking the Guinness Book of World Record's Largest Raft of Canoes and Kayaks! The kayaks and canoes will gather in one location in Cornell and will be 'connected' for a brief moment for a picture.

In addition to the floatilla record, participants will attempt to break the Guinness Book of World Record's Longest Canoe/Kayak Parade!

Saturday's floatilla is more than just a photo and record breaking moment, there will be games, food, music, and a Log Drive raffle where you can win $500 in cash and prizes! It's basically a huge party, with oars.
