A man charged in connection of Eau Claire shooting has been sentenced

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – A man charged in connection of Eau Claire shooting has been sentenced Monday.

20-year-old Marcus Wells of Eau Claire has been sentenced in court today to two years of state prison and three years of extended supervision.

The original criminal complaint says officers were sent to Revere Street on a report of gunshots on September 16.

One female was hurt when a gunshot grazed her skin.

She was treated at the scene and released.
